My capstone workshop project for my MIA degree at Columbia University (in lieu of a thesis) was a consultancy with The World Bank Climate Change Unit. Our 14 person, student-led team co-authored a report providing a framework for mainstreaming climate change at the institutional level and implementing adaptation at the project level.
My specific team worked to evaluate and redesign a web-based climate change adaptation tool geared towards project managers and policy makers: Assessment and Design for Adaptation to Climate Change (ADAPT).
